The beginning of a new year is the time when many individuals set goals for themselves. It is easy to feel motivated and hopeful when we set these goals, but statistics show that only 8% of people accomplish their New Year’s resolutions by the year’s end. One reason for this is because many people get overwhelmed and simply give up. Setting large and important goals for ourselves can sometimes feel intimidating, but there are many strategies you can use to stay on track.
