Leadership is a career long journey of self-discovery, responsibility and learning from others. Leaders play a significant role in shaping the orientation of every law enforcement agency. Leadership involves working with people to accomplish their goals and the goals of the organization. To be able to truly understand law enforcement leadership, its essential to learn from those who have led and followed leadership principles in their career path.
