In an effort to help with accessibility, the RTC is located in close proximity to the U.S. Embassy, Kotoka International Airport, and local hotels.
The center has a lecture-style auditorium, three fully equipped classrooms, and 10 smaller meeting rooms to support break-out sessions. Each classroom has white boards, projectors, audio visual equipment and multi-channel interpretation gear for each student and instructor.
For participant and instructor enjoyment, the RTC has a video conference room, in-house production capabilities, an indoor student lounge/cafeteria, an outdoor terrace, two kitchens, and a library space.
