Alumni Survey Information for Ghana, Nigeria, Benin, and Senegal

During the month of January, we will conduct surveys of RTC participants from Ghana, Nigeria, Benin, and Senegal. 

We will be contacting you about every course you have attended at the RTC, and we request that you respond to help us learn about what you are doing and how we can help.

In Ghana, Nigeria, Benin and you will automatically receive text messages on each course you have participated in at the RTC. Each survey sent by text message will consist of nine (9) questions.

In Senegal, you will have an automatic telephone survey on each course you have participated in at the RTC, as an SMS survey option was not available. Each survey will consist of nine (9) quick and simple questions you can answer just by manipulating the keys of your phone.

Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we want to express our sincere appreciation for your time. You will be helping us to demonstrate the good work of our alumni and improve our future course offerings.
